What if we paused for a moment, stepping away from social media, endless information and simply took in our surroundings?

Omission is a project that encourages slowing down and being present in everyday life. To support this idea, an ecosystem of products has been created to enhance the experience, including editorial pieces and a frequency divider that, when activated, disconnects all internet-connected devices (smartphones, computers…), helping users to truly unplug.

The project was conceptualized by Clara Gómez and Paula Martín as part of Elisava’s Master’s in Visual Design, reflecting on the impact of constant connectivity and the need to reclaim moments of stillness. To reinforce this concept, a motion system was developed, visually representing the act of blocking distractions and creating a sense of pause.
